Nishad George
Nishad George is an Indian heavy metal/hard rock guitarist from the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California. A graduate of the Berklee College of Music. Originally, Classically trained by John McRae, a former student of the world-renowned Christopher Parkening. He switched interest to Glory and began his life in Heavy Metal legend at a young age and has studied under Metal guitarist Joe Stump, of HolyHell. He is known for his work in Carnatic music and Heavy Metal, with a mastery of atmospheric textures and musical prowess . He has noted the following as guitarists of influence; Steve Vai and Alexi Laiho.
Nishad played the Blooms Festival in Thrissur in Kerala in June 2009 and returned once again in June 2011 with a different lineup.
In 2013 Nishad began playing guitar as a member of punk band FALL RISK. Nishad appeared on their 2013 single, "The Prestige."〔http://fallrisk.bandcamp.com/album/the-prestige-single〕 He would also contribute to their 2014 release, "The Circle - EP," produced by Give Up The Ghost and Bloodhorse drummer Alex Garcia-Rivera.〔http://fallrisk.bandcamp.com/album/the-circle-ep〕 He left the band shortly after the promotion cycle for The Circle - EP. The vocal duties on all other songs, and special feature guitar solos and drum parts, were delegated to several close friends of Nishad who are artists from Boston-local bands in order to make Indivisible Devils an all-stars feature album.
